Report an issue
If something on nannynet violates our Community Guidelines or you have a safety concern, tell us. A real person handles every report.
How to report
- In-app: tap the three-dot menu on any post, comment, message, or profile and choose “Report.”
- Email: safety@nannynet.example for urgent or off-platform concerns.
Response times
- Standard reports: typically within 24 hours.
- Child-safety concerns: prioritized within 1 hour during business hours.
- Threats of imminent harm: contact local emergency services first, then notify us.
Mandated reporting
nannynet itself is not a mandated reporter. We will never obstruct a member’s lawful reporting of suspected abuse or neglect to the appropriate authorities. The Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline is one resource members may use.
