a link from any other member is a referral that supports your application; without an instant-approval link, our team reviews your application and reference within 24-48 hours.

your community is your city, a private, city-wide group chat you join once you're approved (miami, los angeles, san francisco, knoxville, lake tahoe, and london are live now); cities are grouped by state and continent on the map, and you can follow more than one if you travel.
then there are six global topics open to everyone, agreements & pay, boundaries & work situations, job types & roles, child development, professional growth, and lifestyle & industry talk, where members ask questions and share advice.
inside a topic you can filter by hashtag (like #ncs or #sleep). everyone also shares the commons, a global room for nannies anywhere, even cities we haven't opened yet.
when you post, it stays in the community or topic you posted it in.
