What nannynet does not do

• nannynet does not employ caregivers.
• nannynet does not vet, screen, or endorse families or employers.
• nannynet does not facilitate hiring decisions.
• nannynet does not collect placement fees.
• nannynet is not a party to any employment relationship between members and families.

What you are responsible for

• Your own due diligence on any role or family.
• Your own contracts and rate negotiation.
• Your own tax and employment-law compliance (for example, W-2 vs. 1099, household-employer obligations).
• Your own background-check arrangements if you want one.
