GENERAL OVERVIEWThe Nanny Network, Inc. (TNNI) places well-qualified and experienced child care professionals as in-home nannies in Northern California’s Alameda County and Contra Costa County. We place live-in and live-out nannies who want to work in full-time or part-time jobs. There are no agency fees associated with finding a nanny job through TNNI. However, each nanny candidate registered with TNNI must meet the following guidelines: Nanny must speak English fluently. Nanny must have at least three years of employment experience working with children. Nanny must have excellent references from each prior employer. Nanny must be a United States citizen or a Permanent Resident Alien. Nanny must live in the Bay Area of Northern California, so that we can meet you face-to-face. Nanny must have an excellent driving record. Nanny must be willing to be fingerprinted. Nanny must have a current CPR certificate. Nanny must have a recent negative TB test and must be in good health. Nanny must be kind, nurturing and responsible, and must love working with children! SALARY EXPECTATIONSEmployment compensation is based on each nanny’s unique experience and qualifications. Well-experienced and well-educated child care professionals will earn more than a child care worker with less experience and less education.
